Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Trance Shop Israel. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or making a purchase on Trance Shop Israel, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable Israeli laws and regulations. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we suspect are being used fraudulently.

3. Purchases & Digital Content

All sales of digital music tracks are final. Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased content for personal, non-commercial listening purposes only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly perform any purchased tracks without explicit written permission from the rights holder. Download links are made available in your account dashboard.

4. Events & Tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organiser. If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Tickets may not be resold or transferred without prior written consent. Entry is subject to the venue's own terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to music tracks, artwork, logos, and website code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Artists who upload content to Trance Shop Israel retain ownership of their work and grant us a limited licence to distribute and display it on the platform. Trance Shop Israel's trademarks and brand assets may not be used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trance Shop Israel is provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
