Buying Music
How do I purchase a track?
Browse the store, click on any track to open its page, then click 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now'. When you're ready, go to your cart and complete the checkout. You'll need a registered account and a supported payment method.
What file formats are available?
Purchased tracks are available as high-quality MP3 (320 kbps) and WAV files. Format options are shown on each track's purchase page. You can download your purchases at any time from the Downloads section of your dashboard.
Can I preview a track before buying?
Yes. Every track on Trance Shop Israel includes a free 90-second preview. Click the play button on any track listing or track page to hear the preview before making a purchase decision.
What is the refund policy for digital tracks?
All purchases are final once the download is available. Digital files can't be returned. If you hit a technical issue getting your file, reach out to support and we'll sort it.
Events & Tickets
How do I buy event tickets?
Go to the Events page, find the event you want to attend, and click 'Buy Tickets'. Select your ticket type and quantity, complete checkout, and your tickets will be sent to your email with a QR code for entry.
Can I get a refund on event tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organiser. If an event is cancelled, you get a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
How do I enter the event?
Present the QR code from your ticket email at the venue entrance. You can show it on your phone or print it out. Each QR code is unique and can only be scanned once, so keep it private.
For Artists
How do I upload my music to the store?
Register an account, then apply for Artist access from your dashboard. Once approved, you get the Artist Dashboard where you can upload releases, set prices, add artwork, and manage your catalogue.
What is the revenue share?
Artists receive the majority of each sale. The exact percentage depends on your subscription tier. Higher tiers receive a larger share. All revenue share details are shown on the Pricing page and in your dashboard settings.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on a monthly basis. You can view your earnings and request a payout from the Payouts section of your Artist Dashboard. A minimum payout threshold may apply.
Account
How do I register an account?
Click 'Register' in the navigation bar. You can sign up with your email and a password, or use Google or Facebook for a faster registration. A verification link will be sent to your email address.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Login', then 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for one hour. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard and navigate to the Subscription section. From there you can view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade your tier, or cancel your subscription. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
